VIP Cash Back Terms and Conditions

Requests for VIP Cash Back (excepting Diamond VIP Enhanced Cash Back) must be submitted by email to VIPpokersupport@vcint.com and must include your username and the amount of Action Points you wish to redeem.

Action Points will be redeemed at the rate of $2.50 for every 1,000 Action Points redeemed.

Redemptions will only be made in multiples of 1,000 Action Points.

Only one VIP Cash Back per player per month is permitted.

Requests for the VIP Cash Back may be made at any time during a calendar month.

Claims for the VIP Cash Back may not be stacked i.e. a claim submitted in December for October is not valid – only claims relating to Action Point accrual in the calendar month immediately prior to the request will be accepted.

You may only redeem an amount of Action Points equal to or less than that generated in the previous calendar month, subject to the maximum allowable for your VIP level.

VIP Cash Back and Bonus Dollar Credits will be awarded based upon a player’s VIP level as at the 1st of the month and after the automatic VIP upgrades have been completed.
